Suddenly, wireless PS4 controller has constant "hiccups"

So I haven't changed anything with my setup or physically changed any plugins or anything since I last played. My PS4 controller just refuses to work reliably now. About once per second or sometimes two seconds, it will stall for about a quarter second, meaning if I am not pressing a button, it will not respond to a press until after the quarter second, and if I am pressing a button, it will hold that button for a quarter second. This is making things totally unusable.

It doesn't do this via wired USB, but it does with the standard bluetooth connection. It always worked great until now. My PSTV is in the exact same position in the media center as before. I can't figure out what could have changed.

I rebuilt the database and tried running things without henkaku exploit at all. No luck. This is now a new permanent problem I guess.

Anyone have any ideas?
