PSP go help with connection

So...

My bother owns a psp go.
It was working fine but for some reason when we connect it to pc or ps3 it just charges the battery.

So any ideas?

I tried everything

-restore default
-change memory storage to flash/1/2/3 and to memory storage again to fix it
-turn on/off usb charging

nothing works. So any idea?

is there any way to fix it?

Bad cable? IDK but that's the first thing that came to mind :/

sadly we tried two different cables.

The problem is that, electicity passes through the cable because it charges the psp go, but you can't access the storage

Bad pins on the system? That or a plugin might be messing with it so disable VSH plugins in the VSH menu.
