PARAM.SFO Generating

How would I go about generating a PARAM.SFO on a PC ?I want to be able to change the displayed name of the savedata ;)

Cant you hex edit it? I dont think the vita will recognize it with though...

It apparently does (PSP Savedata), just like how the VHBL version for PSPFiler , the savedata for it actually has the name in it ;)
I didn't really have the option to hex edit because I don't want any dependencies in my program :)

You will find out in a few hours ;) If your really curious, as far as I can tell you, check out my Release thread for The Homebrew Network, if you read carefully you will get something
