Since I have never had a psp before, so I would like to have recommendation from expert who games on IT often...

9 - No, you don't. I have it, and the only reason I haven't gotten rid of it is because I'm collecting all the physical releases I buy for Vita. It plays very sluggishly, the control is far from great. Not at all a very good game. Feels like something that should be on a last-generation smartphone, which is disappointing, since Batman is my favorite comic book character, and I was reeeeaaaaally looking forward to the game.
Buy it used if you feel you must buy it.
10 - Yes, you totally do. Injustice is phenomenal, with the exception of online multiplayer, which can be really laggy. They managed to cram all the FMVs into the game (they're quite obvious very down-sampled, but whatever), and the storyline is rad. Definitely worth the money.

My Favorite PSP Games are

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA & Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA 2nd (i've got to get the vita version as well i've read that second sequel to the vita version is getting released i'm going to be all over that one whenever it comes out like bread on butter lol)

katekyo hitman reborn games (i hope japan releases new vita games of this awesome anime series so i can import the game i think it would look great on the ps vita man playing as my dog tsuna and fighting characters like xanxus, daemon shape and byakuran in the future arc of the storyline would be epic)

Black Star Shooter

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (luv the anime series as well) and various rpg series like riviera the promised land,fate stay night,Valkyria Chronicles and many others just to name a few

Persona 4 Golden(i don't own the game right now but i plan on buying it in the future because i own the ps2 verison of the game which i play from time to time of my 60gb ps3 and i would love to take another crack at the game again it's because it's just great fun and i love the music soundtrack of it as well)

Zero Escape: Virture's Last Reward(awesome game and great game need i say more)
