does anyone know any tools like hex editor that will help looking for exploits in the psp

i like that one i initally downloaded it to hack my psp go's font by changes the directory the font loads from from flash0:/font to ef0:/fontmod

so is there anything i can copy from flash0 or flash 1 to do someother stuff cuz this is cool

It's highly recommended that you don't mess with flash0 or flash1. Doing so will likely cause a brick for unexperienced users. And if you have a ta-88v3 or higher, it will be a permanent brick.

1/6 PSP 2000's are ta-88v3. A PSP 3000 has a ta-90v2 or higher. The ta-90v2 is the one in the original box, not the entertainment packs. If any 3000 bricks, it's game over, and it becomes a piece of garbage.

And by the way, we are at ta-93's or ta-94's now if I'm correct.
