i have a psp go has CFW 5.70 and i want to get the hpl thx

You probably mean you want hbl cause you're on official (OFW) firmware 5.70.
Download this and this. Extract the files to your memory stick, put your homebrews in the PSP/GAME folder, run the patapon exploit and you're all set.

They're in a zip file, so they need to be removed from the zip file (extracted) and then placed onto your PSP Go.

ooh yay i forgot i got a new computer and forgot to do the first thing i always do download winwar
edit;nothing happened i extracted both files put it in the root and nothing plz reply fast

what's nothing?your psp doesn't boot up?please be specific or else no one can help.

I still don't understand how people mess up a HBL install. There's only really 2 parts to it:
1. Download the hacked savegame for your exploit and put it in ms0:/PSP/SAVEDATA/
2. Download a version of the HBL and copy h.bin and the hbl folder to the root directory of your PSP. The root directory is the first thing you see when you double click on the PSP's drive letter.

Then you just launch the exploit and it should work fine.
