What you refer for "sniper shot" (assuming it's supposed to be sniper zoom), can be already set via wolfconfig.cfg edit (just find the proper binding for said action and set it to a vita button as you prefer). As for Stalker, it's not a port but a fanmade clone.
Rinnegamante - no sniper zoom - shot with zoom with sniper gun. there is no possible to change this in config. check gameplay on youtube - now is possible to make zoom with sniper gun but no possible shot with zoom on. without zoom you can shot with no - it's not possible to end level - forest - without shooting with sniper gun.

Latest release added a new visual issue (Z-Fighting is still around): flying random polygons during gameplay. I even deleted my entire iortcw folder, reinstalled (making sure I had the latest assets, as I'm using a CD version), but the problem is still around.

I've noticed those kind of glitches sporadically too. I guess they're related to glClipPlane impl. still being pretty barebone on vitaGL. Hopefully they shouldn't be as bad to result gamebreaking.

i hope you will find solution for sniper zoom shot - still is not possible.
