[release] qrcode decoder
a small app that decodes qrcode and then opens browser with the scanned payload.

I haven't tried, but the app seems nice! Great work!
If I can make a suggestion, I'd suggest it to be integrated somehow with VitaDL. I believe that it would make esasier to share files.

+ direct download
+ download from google driver
