[SOLVED] Downgrade PSTV Failed

I was downgrading using Modoru 2.1 from 3.72 to 3.65 it was all going correct but stayed stuck on System Update Green Screen.
Ok I got it into safe mode but which should I do? Update, Rebuild or Restore?
UPDATE: well after 3x I figured out it was Modoru 2.1 was the problem. Installed and used 1.0 and downgrade completed np.
