I have an unactivation Vita on 3.18

How can I active it without update?
I can connect to OpenCMA without activation and my PS3 doesn't recognize CMA.

connect psvita to computer using open cma or qcma (much better) click copy content and then remove usb cable from computer and connect it to ps3..........copy games from ps3 to psvita...thats it your vita is now activated

When your Vita is off, hold Power, R, and the PS button. Select "Restore PS Vita" to set up your Vita again. It will ask for your accont information during the process. Just enter it in and it'll work.
