Yes that should do it, I was just hoping there was a way around this issue.

Re: Daedalusx64 with the latest PSPtoolchain

Indeed, might be an issue with the toolchain after all, Heindell said it was a problem with binutils 2.18+.
I was hopping was something with our makefile, since there doesn't seem to be much activity with the PSPtoolchain :(

Hello, I have two PSPs, a Slim 5.50 GEN, and a PHAT 6.60 PRO (my main PSP, I recently upgraded it from 5.00 M33).
Same error on those PSPs and FWs, only way I got it to work is with the 1.5 ADDON.

In your makefile,
Try to change PSP_FW_VERSION=500 to PSP_FW_VERSION=371, that *might* fix your issue.
Thanks for your response, I already tried changing it to 371, and still same error :(

Re: Need helps on setting debugger with PSPLink

noname120 pretty much summed up how to use pspgdb, if you need a more thoroughly tutorial here is one I made a while ago http://forums.daedalusx64.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2973 PS: The tuto is for Daedalus, but the steps are the same for any PSP homebrew, just make sure to modify your CFLAGS as nona...

Re: PSP toolchain update

Looks like a bad Makefile, but it's strange that no previous error is shown. Can you post the Makefile that gives you that error? Here's the makefile: (Is quiet large about ~11k lines, I only pasted a few lines where the error occurs) http://codepad.org/HGY23d01 (The error occurs in line 4 in my pa...

Re: PSP toolchain update

Right, but I also use Linux on my notebook and in Virtualbox on my main PC ;). This is where I installed this toolchain too. But if you want to stay in Windows, you could either use a virtual machine (I would recommend this) or Cygwin (which sucks imho). Thanks for the suggestions, never thought of...
