You can find older builds on brewology. However if you're on the hotfixed v.2.3.1, you shouldn't have any issue.

The gpucrash/black screen issues can be solved by placing these two files in ux0:data/quake2 (https://rinnegatamante.it/q2fix.zip). I've noticed those kind of glitches sporadically too. I guess they're related to glClipPlane impl. still being pretty barebone on vitaGL. Hopefully they shouldn't be as bad to result gamebreaking.
