Sorry, i didn't see your post before i edited..... The kernel loads them around 0x08804000, HBL is much higher in memory.

I think it kills its self with a 1MB memory set, looking at the reverses around the net.

I dont believe there is any relocation its all done by the stripper before hand. My ida loader doesn't show relocation either when i load it. Regarding the BUILD_PRX issue, when build_prx is not specified the elf only undergoes stripping resulting in a static elf with no relocation which the psp promptly rejects. You must use relocatable prxs. Simply add BUILD_PRX = 1.
