what version do you use? are you using the latest-master from github?

If the card image set you are using does not include tokens you will not see the token show up.
If the token image is incorrectly numbered the image will not show up.
Card images and tokens for sets are constantly being updated.
If you can't wait for a set fix, you can always look at a site like magiccards.info for the missing token, copy the image, resize it, rename it and the thumbnail size you need, add it to the set, zip it and place it into your respective set folder.
