please help melira, sylvok outcast was coded wrong

In the game Melira, Sylvok Outcast prevents all players and creatures from getting poison counters and -1/-1 counters on them when it is meant to only prevent its controller and its controller's other creatures from getting poison counters and -1/-1 counters. How do I fix that?
