Sorry for my so long absence - i was 4 months onboard (ship)

I updaded only Modern Masters (2013 - MMA) - but not in HD because my source was closed...
maybe in future with more free time i will make it in HD quality

for DGM & M14 are still missing primitives, _cards.dat - so put it in this topic for me to be up to date and make full working hd quality sets for new wagic 0.19
