It works with HBL. as far as a native Vita compatibility is concerned, that will depend on future exploits. We have no plan to work on the playstation suite for now, not enough devices compared to Android/iPhone where we are currently putting our efforts

How is the web browser on the PSV compared to the horrible limited web capabilities of the PSP? Is the PSV web experience more like a tablet or more like the old PSP?

the PSV web browser is horrible compared to modern standards (Safari/Android/Opera Mini). It's a bit better than the PSP one, but not by far

OP mentioned the difference in voltage of electricity between Spain & the US. I think this matters, unless you buy a charger from your country. :?
