Instead of starting a game "from scratch" allow to pre-configure the battlefield with cards already in play, cards in hand, phase in play etc... by both player and AI so it seems you get directly "into the fray". This is not a "game mode" by itself, but instead could be thought as a "quiz system".
Since with the current programming rules you can set victory conditions, the idea is to place a preset battlefield with cards in play, some untapped, some tapped... set the current phase as "Your Main-Phase, Pre-Combat" and set the victory conditions as "Win before the end of your next turn", so you have to think how to fulfill the winning condition with the cards already in play.

Yeah, that's what the campaign mode is for... Wagic can already do all this, just create your own campaign
