Where is Conspiracy: Take The Crown?

I am looking for the dat file.
I can get CN2 images.
Some thoughts:
Melee: Since WAGIC is a 1 vs 1 game creatures with Melee should get +1/+1 when they attack.
Draft: Since we don't draft cards in WAGIC I think we should ignore draft effects where appropriate.
Any other ideas?
