Vile Redeemer didn't give me the trigger for ALL 3 of my Non Token creatures that died in one turn...I got just one 1/1 Eldrazi Scion.

this should work for everything except stuff with undying or persist

Code: Select all

[card]
name=Vile Redeemer
abilities=flash
kicker={1}
auto=kicker foreach(creature[fresh]|mygraveyard) Token(Eldrazi Scion,creature eldrazi scion,1/1)
auto=restriction{type(scion ability|myBattlefield)~lessthan~1}:emblem name(scion ability) transforms((,newability[lord(scion) {S}:add:{1}])) forever dontremove
text=Devoid (This card has no color.) -- Flash -- When you cast Vile Redeemer, you may pay {C}. If you do, put a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion creature token onto the battlefield for each nontoken creature that died under your control this turn. Those tokens have "Sacrifice this creature: Add {C} to your mana pool."
mana={2}{G}
color=artifact
type=Creature
subtype=Eldrazi
power=3
toughness=3
[/card]

Took a look through this topic and realized you guys don't really have a full primitive working yet. I will put my skills to work in the near future to get this updated and released. Thanks to everyone who kept working on getting primitives uploaded in my absence while I had a malfunction. I will work on this set as soon as I acclimate myself with the code updates and get my Wagic server up to date. Then I will work on the new set.

I'm back ***!! :mrgreen:

Question though...Why are we using an emblem now to represent the scion sac ability vs. the token we have always used?

My BFZ code had the Scion in it so I don't know why the Oath cards were changed. No offence to you MrFatbeard and thanks for helping out, but we need to make sure that we are looking through older codes when coding cards. It is the best way to make sure that you are using a correct code that will work within the abilities of Wagic and the rules of the game. I know that you are still new to the coding of Wagic cards and you have been picking up slack that was left when many of us left or had issues so we could not help out. I appreciate that fact and I can see that your codes have been getting better. Make sure to look for similar cards in the mtg.txt and to read the code wiki, which I am hoping will someday get updated to include all the more current things that it does not have. And continue to offer more codes. That is how I learned to code cards and I have become pretty good at it.

Looks like the new mtg.txt code is using transformation code which is interesting. as long as it works that seems good. It is much cleaner that the custom token.
