Can you fix the Karlov Code? It doesn't trigger when I gain life...I mainly took Ajani's Pridemate Counter Trigger and Applied it to Karlov but there are a few instances if you stack life gain you won't get the triggers...Righteous Cause is the card I am using and my opponent attacked me with three creatures gaining life for each one I only got 2 +1/+1 Counters with the Ajani Pridemate fix.

not sure why karlov isn't working, but I got the code from wall of limbs (below)

for some reason karlov is triggering his counters when he enters the battlefield instead of when you gain life

The problem is not with Karlov. The issue is that Righteous Cause has the wrong code. It is supposed to be coded a separate instances of life gain for each creature because it triggers for each creature attacking.

This should be the code for Righteous Cause so try this and see if it works.
