ah yes, i forgot the "tied" part, anyway did you try this for Rakshasa's Disdain:

Tried it now and does not work. With this code the option to pay comes up and I select to pay and it does not require any payment and just plays as if I had paid for the spell.

not yet. Without modifying the core pay code or creating a new code this card seems not supported.

At least in my FRF code Kolaghan's mana cost was bugged, demanding me to pay one additional hybrid mana.
