You can find several of these images in HQ in the very wizards website, in the "Arcana archive" section.
I mean, download only the art and then "build" the card with one of several programs, like "magic set editor"...
In Slightlymagic there's a lot of HQ pics; also, they have a program called "magic album".
In slightlymagic you can find too the vectorized set symbols; in the magic set editor site you can get the post 8th edition templates... Combined with the images from slightlymagic, the arcana archive and the rules text from Gatherer... You can create any card, nearly identical to it's printed version, with symbol, art, borders, text font and size, etc.

Here are the GPC, LCH and VCH sets as of 11/1/14 with complete with dat files and 230 x320 images and 60x 84 thumbnails:

Attention Newbies:
All you need to do is unzip the file and cut/paste the GPC/VCH folder into your Wagic/Res/sets folder.
You then unlock the sets by playing Wagic or by unlocking them by adding a line like this:
unlocked_LCH=2011/9/3@10:56 V
to your Wagic/Res/Player/Options file.
