it just dawned on me that we should inclued a "# XYZ" statment to the card everytime we move it from _card.dat back to todo.dat as to why it was removed as well as explaining it on submission to SVN, that way, its far clearer for future references and it will sort of act as "what will not work for now" dictionary.
