Yes, that's a known bug which affects all cards with an @tapped trigger. We have a ticket for it. See issue 227.

In this case you're running Wagic 0.10.1 with the card data of 0.9.2, which won't work very well. Do not delete or overwrite the _cards.dat files of 0.10.1.

All game data is in the bin/Res folder. Your game should also have a Res folder (ir does on Windows, I'm not sure about the PSP file structure). Overwrite the latter with the former.
