Yes, That is probably the problem as I took the 13.1 and copied it into the 12.1 set (thus overwriting the collection.dat & options.txt). Although I use abrasax's collection batch program so that I always have 4 of every card in my collection.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but when I upgraded from Wagic 12.1 to 13.1: I have several decks that are missing cards (i.e. a deck that used to have 60 cards now only has 45).
