Wagic, the Homebrew !?

I am going to reawaken this beast as I have taken a long journey into the Magic game, and have learned much.

Im thinking about reviving this project i started a while ago. If anyone want to help let me know as I am not to sure what everything should be.

I have a few questions about homebrew.

What do you need to know to make homebrew? Is there a special way of doing it?

So your saying don't just use what the game gives, rather make up some too?

So your saying make several sets one of them being Prinnys?

Edit: How would that be done, I was thinking of doing a set for each Disgaea, 1,2 and 3 maybe even Prinny CIRBTH(Can I Really Be The Hero).

I haven't really thought of abilities and buffs If you'd like to think them up feel free. I am making a list of of all the characters and classes that will be cards. There is a lot of them just for Disgaea 1
