Any update on the semi-permanent PS4 Jailbreak? You had reported on it “coming soon” a couple months ago and then no news. I hope it is still coming :/.

So i have an old ps4 pro on 4.55 what is the golden firmware now?

I’ve kept mine on 5.05 however my friend’s ps4 is on 6.72 and his is far quicker than mine and less kernel panics.

9.00 is nice but you need either an esp32 or LuckFox. I have a slim on 9.0 with LuckFox and gotta admit, it being automated is real nice.

If you don’t want to use any hardware then don’t go above 6.72

      Not testing anything above 9.0

What about those you have a 9.00 FM?
Isn’t it hosted on some website, so that we omit the work described in the document?
    Which website hosts it?

    • Nox says:

Easy, put goldhen.bin on root of USB and plug it in if using LuckFox.

      For ESP32’s you’ll need to re=flash it

How come this website dead compared to years gone by, no updates for weeks on end.

Is the scene dead, or are you too busy for this anymore Wololo?

My question is what is best firmware version? I gotta unpack ps4 to see fw on it. I do know I was using GoldHen back when it was originally released before UMTX. I would also like to know if I should switch to UMTX based jailbreak? Thanks for any advice and clarity!

Hello, I have my PS4 on FW 10.71. Should I update it to 11.00 or there is no reason to do so ? Thank you !

If all software (including games) you need runs on your current firmware, then there is no point.
