Scene developer Master_s9 has released PS4Profile 0.5, a utility that lets you customize your user icons and details for PS4. This Windows tool will require a Jailbroken PS4.
What is PS4Profile
PS4Profile is a simple Windows utility that lets you customize parts of your User profile on a Jailbroken PS4, including your avatar, Displayed First/last Name, and icons associated with your profile. The tool can connect to an FTP-Enabled Jailbroken PS4, allowing to save the profile directly to the console and refresh it in real time.

still no firmware on ps4 9.0
This is unironically something I am very happy to see as my ps4 still has my deadname from years ago and I cant change it due to not being able to re login to PSN…thanks Devs!
Thanks for your comment! I always assume this kind of tool is mostly for “cosmetics”, but from your example I realize usernames can sometimes be attached to past memories one would rather not have to see every time they sign in. Awesome to see it’s useful!
