PS5 Release: PFSMNT Dumper 1.0.3

Developer logic-68 has released an update to his PS5 tool PFSMNT dumper. 1.03 and 1.02 bring new features and a few bug fixes.
What is PFSMNT Dumper for PS5
PFSMNT Dumper is a tool that will dump the folders of a PS5 Game to a usb key plugged in to your console. PFSMNT Dumper is inspired by an existing tool for the PS4 (ps4-app-dumper). It will automatically dump the contents of folders TITLE_ID-app0 and TITLE_ID-patch0 (if they exist) to a usb key plugged into the PS5.
It’s important to note however that dumping such folders doesn’t serve a particular purpose on PS5 today: it is not technically possible to dump full games, only some of their data. Some contend that this is interesting in itself, for the sake of diving into the game’s data (images, videos, etc…).
Furthermore, as mentioned by Anthony68, it is already possible to do this with FTPPS5. But this tool automates the process.
Specifically, all you have to do is:
- Run the PS5 Hack
- Plug a usb key to your PS5
- run the game
- Send the PSFMNT Dumper elf, which will automatically start copying the files)
PFSMNT Dumper 1.02/1.03 – What’s new
New since 1.02:
- Added backup of app0-nest folder (only)
- by default app0 / patch0 if exist OR Full dump of pfsmnt OR app0-nest only
- Notifications now show size in GB to transfer
- New make file conf.ini
(1.03 is a bugfix release)
- Correction of an oversight (during the tests)
- You can follow the process with netcat ( nc64.exe -l -p 5655 -v )
