Batocera, the retro-gaming linux distro, now available on PS4

Noob404 is offering yet another Linux distribution for Jailbroken PS4 owners, this time Batocera Linux. This OS is bundled with a bunch of emulators for retro gaming enthusiasts. Although your mileage might vary depending on the emulator, this Linux version lets you emulate NES, N64, PSX, PSP and more on your PS4 out of the box. RPCS3 is even included (don’t expect blazing framerates for PS3 games though…)
What’s Batocera Linux for PS4?
From the official Readme:
Batocera.linux is an open-source and completely free retro-gaming distribution that can be copied to a USB stick or an SD card with the aim of turning any computer/nano computer into a gaming console during a game or permanently. Batocera.linux does not require any modification on your computer. Note that you must own the games you play in order to comply with the law.
Noob404 adds:
Batocera is a Linux based OS bundled with multiple emulators including RPCS3, PCSX2, Libretro, Dolphin, and many more allowing you to emulate almost any older generation game out there. It goes without saying that you need to own these games to be able to play them legally. Moreover, the law of the land has to be kept in mind. Anyways, adding to its positives, the OS also comes with a very neat interface and almost every part of it is easily customisable.
