Scene developer Nazky and scene member Master_s9 have released PS4 Gold Theme 1.05, a Theme Editor for the PS4. This Windows tool will require a Jailbroken PS4.

What is PS4 Gold Theme

PS4 Gold Theme is a tool to upload GUI modifications to your Jailbroken PS4. It allows you to change the font, icons, sounds, and Notifications look&feel on your PS4. The tool also allows you to technically create your own themes by modifying the existing files and folders.
