Developer pancakeslp has released an update to his PS4 Keyboard and Mouse Adapter tool. This, as the name implies, lets you use a Keyboard and Mouse on your PS4 ingame.

What is PS4 Keyboard and Mouse Adapter

This tool lets you use a keyboard and/or mouse in game on any PS4. It works partially through the PS4 Remote Play functionality, by “tricking” the system into believing that you are using a PS4 controller.

It is not required to have a Jailbroken PS4 in order to run this tool. Everything runs from your PC as a “driver” that is being used while using Remote Play, nothing runs on the console.

It’s however worth mentioning that this doesn’t enable “god like” skills in any game as the keyboard and mouse are used through key-mapping existing PS4 controllers functionality. This is more of an accessibility project for people who have issues using a regular controller. From the project’s FAQ:

Is using a mouse and keyboard cheating?

No.

Sony has licensed Hori products and Hori has provided mouse and keyboard options (note from wololo: example here) 

If you are using an application to improve you aim or response time, that could be considered cheating. The developers of this application consider this a accessibility aid for people who have issues using a controller (I personally have RSI and cannot play with a controller for long periods of time, but can use a mouse and keyboard all day).
