Simple Account Switcher and FastReset released
Every decent system has its own slew of utilities and the Vita got that treatment too. With Simple Account Switcher, you may switch between multiple accounts quickly and FastReset lets you easily reset your device to factory settings.
What’s Simple Account Switcher?
As the name suggests, this utility aims to make your life easier if you use multiple accounts. This utility doesn’t even require you to reboot your system which will avoid you a lot of reboots and taiHEN applying if you’re a multiple account user. To use this utility, you need to do the following:
- Install the VPK (requires system permissions obviously)
- The PSN sign-up app will launch and throw an error message. Don’t press OK when it does so
- Wait a few seconds and the message will disappear
- Now, you may sign in or create a new account
- That’s it! You don’t have to reboot
To get this utility, simply follow the link below and make sure not to get it from an untrusted source.
What’s FastReset?
As the name suggests, this utility wants to make the PSVita restoring process much easier. This is useful if you need to mess around with something that requires you to reset your Vita (although it’s not recommended to reset your Vita without a good reason).
This utility just makes the intro video 0 seconds long by replacing it by a clip that’s written to ux0 so that means you need to have your memory stick inserted if you want to quicken the process of restoring. It’s recommended you get this homebrew from a trusted source as it messes with system stuff.

Conclusion
Both utilities are created by ‘SilicaAndPina’ who’s had some issues with the Vita community. If you have any issues with the utilites, report them in a civil manner to him. You’re also free to browse through the source code and compile it yourself if you’re that wary of him.

Não usa. Você precisava ter um vita com no máximo 3.61 (FW), instalar o HENKAKU e depois esse programa que te possibilita usar mais de um conta. Adiantando, não tem como diminuir a versão do eu PSvita, não por enquanto.

This is being treated as the release of just another tool, but this is big news! Was it already known that this was possible?
My only concern right now is that I’m not sure if it will let me retain my PS Mobile games and activation.
Well both of these were certainly possible to do before. This seems to run it much faster and more efficiently.
So it’s just like before, only with less hassle? Meaning that it deletes your current account? Argh, that’s not what I wanted. I’ll lose my PS Mobile games because I won’t be able to reactivate them.
I tried asking the same thing about what it does in regards to activation and activated accounts. He kinda played stupid saying he wasn’t sure what I was asking. Which in my opinion is bs, cause he oughta know what it does to activated accounts on systems, and know what could happen, or why develop this app?
