if you switch out the screenshot for this one (GBATemp used it for their article), it will show the bottom option that is cut off in this image.
    That option is “Button Behavior”

Does this show you to play post 3.60 games like Scarlett saga

    • nightwishfan1 says:

No this doesn’t. You’d have to have a digital copy of the game you bought and own, and modify it to act like 3.60 game. The physical version of the game would require the decrypting of 3.65 update and modifying it’s contents to install within a 3.60 update. I mention 3.65 firmware simply cause it encompasses the running of every game from 3.60 onward.

  7. Tonbo says:

Thank you for the article, Wololo. Looking forward to future updates.

The other day I ordered Hori grip to play some PSX games with proper shoulder buttons, excited to see how that works, also would love to see more updates on Adrenaline field.

Thank you for the article, Wololo. Looking forward to future updates.

My other comment got stuck on moderation even though I was properly polite and wrote an extended due thanks to the working boys, what’s up with that.

    • Benbo says:

Thank you for the comment, Aurora. Looking forward to more updates.

      • Tonbo says:

Who is this Aurora dude everyone keeps mentioning, is he the guy who writes the filler articles?

        • ZeroSbr says:

Aurora is a girl, actually. And no, she doesn’t write filler articles. Her articles are actually about as helpful as most of the other writers. Either way, there’s no real reason for you to ask this question, especially in such a rude way.

          • Tonbo says:

You can take your opinion and shove it up your nostrils jerk face, loser thinks this is his elementary school debate or something rofl. Yeah, I am convinced, convinced that your mom is the real filler here.

          • ZeroSbr says:

I’m a jerk for stating the truth and letting you know that you were (and are) being rude? You can take your opinion and leave this site with it. No one likes immature kids who don’t know how to be respectful.

        • GrovelSon says:

Aurora is actually pretty awesome. She’s a Dev who’s released some different things for the Vita as well

  9. Hyuugafire says:

If you are spoofed under 3.60 before you update henkaku the menu is not showing up….

    • Hyuugafire says:

Above 3.60… i have a 3.60 with 3.63 spoofed, and the menu is not showing up anymore

  11. Smoker1 says:

What about the Offline Install? Does that still work?

    • UnrulyWolf says:

You have to reboot your PS Vita and use the offline installer to uninstall the previous henkaku version and download and install the new one. Apologies if I missed anything or have given incorrect information.

    • d4rk51d3 says:

Yes. After you’ve updated via the website, run the offline installer app, click “o” to uninstall the old email, then “x” to install the new one. (Installing over the top of the old version should work, but has given me trouble recently)

  12. Beebur says:

Games are working, offlineinstaller not 😛 anyways I guess it doesn’t matter Henkaku EnsO coming soon

    • Beebs says:

Edit: offlineinstaller works after enabling unsafe homebrew option, also all other apps will work such as reboot and adrenaline. Adrenaline needed an overwrite tho. everything works perfect. Much Thanks to Dev!

    • kurapikachu says:

Launch the offline installer Bubble ( the one with the WI-FI bubble – that’s the offline installer, NOT the email app ) then simply press X to install latest version of henkaku (you need to turn on your wifi for this procedure to work). after the offline installer has been updated, set your ps vita settings to airplane mode. reboot your console and use the email app to use henkaku offline.

    • mainframe says:

Yeah…. Can’t wait for that sweet update

  13. phuyatz says:

offline installer works just reisntall henkaku

  14. GenRyuu says:

Henkaku R9 works fine for me, but I dont see the Henkaku setting in the official setting application???

  15. gunblade says:

Nice. Jus got some game on psn now I can play them. Thks guys.

  16. Axl says:

Does “version spoofing” works on some games now?
Like “Sword Art Online – Hollow Realization” for example, which only works on version 3.61.
    Anyway, Thank you for this.

  17. TimeDevouncer says:

    Amazing! Thank you!

With this firm spoofing i can install nonary game pack (999 & VLR), but i can’t play it.

  18. mas says:

Its not working for me, cant find the henkaku menu in settings. I tried many times

  19. mukund vadrev says:

    wooooooooooooooooo

  20. Playa says:

Does the psn spoofing work? i tried setting firmware to 3.65 but it still asks me to update if i try to go onlinw

  21. Tusio23 says:

I have the same problem as mas

    Thanks The FloW

  25. Dasmius says:

SUPP Guys, something weird happened, cuz Henkaku R9 isnt enabling Henkaku options on my PS vita, but still functionall..so I was looking for it on settings when I saw this…my PS Vita is running on 3.61 fmw, so How can this possible? I’m using Henkaku with no problems on 3.61….

    • Gabe says:

      Maybe spoof?

      • nightwishfan1 says:

Or Dasmius is a troll trying to get everyone to flood the forums with nonsense posts asking how to do what he did

        • Dasmius says:

Lol I’m not a Troll and I can proof it, I’m saying cuz it jut happened to me and I’m really surprised :/ so I was wondering if anyone may know what happened.

          • nightwishfan1 says:

Well for this proof you say you have, you haven’t offered it up yet. If you’re running actual firmware 3.61 then having henkaku work on it shouldn’t be possible. That’s even what team molecule says, and I’m sure they tried extensively to see if anything in 3.61 would allow exploitation of it in the form of henkaku. So you’re a troll til you prove otherwise.

          • Douglas says:

With me was happening the same thing, just in time to install hold the R1 in the shell while installing the henkaku that it zeroes everything and installs correctly

    • ponxnotpunks says:

maybe your vita is already spoof from 3.61 fmw

  26. Darth Agnon says:

Something that’s confused me for a while… are HENkaku and taiHEN the same thing now? or is taiHEN some sort of seldom-updated, advanced alternative older brother, that is required for Adrenaline?

  27. ayie says:

i already install r9 henkaku.. but the adrenaline down..cant open.. how to fix it

    • jul says:

for the adrenaline problem, check your taihen config, most likely it is reset to default value, retype the config will fix it.. or just use adrenaline easy installer
      in short “reinstall”

  28. BahamutBBob says:

Man, I haven’t touched my Vita or PSTV practically since the first henkaku release. (Well, I did play Zero Time Dilemma when it came out) I need to get with the times and get the new stuff up and running!

  29. redblade67 says:

The settings menu for henkaku isn’t there, tried everything to make it work and doesn’t seem to pop up in vita settings.

  30. 风君子 says:

    email offline not working

    • nightwishfan1 says:

Sony disabled that after they realized the vita and pstv were exploitable in this fashion. Now you need access to the henkaku installation site but that only works on 3.60.

  31. sfa2miki says:

    Thanks team…. n_n

  32. BlumCoLe says:

    Nice, it’s working perfectly.

Online and offline installer, VitaShell inkl. USB memory, PSN access. Yes! <3
