Giveaway: Subscribe to our deals mailing list for a chance to win a NES Classic Edition

The NES Classic Edition has been the hot item of the year and is regularly out of stock, or sold at crazy prices by shameless resellers. I managed to snatch one for myself last time Amazon had some in stock, and have just received it. I’m now facing a tough choice: should I keep it for myself and never use it given I never have the time to play/tinker these days, or give it away to one of you guys? Yeah, the answer’s obvious.
So, I’m making this simple: I’m going to pick a random member of our deals mailing list as the winner. If you’re already on the mailing list, you have nothing to do. If you’re not a member of the mailing list already, you can subscribe below. Being a member of the mailing list and a resident of the US is all you have to do to qualify.
Subscribe to our deals mailing list to for the latest deals ahead of everybody else, and exclusive giveaways for members of the list.

The winner will be randomly selected and announced at the end of next week. If you win, you’ll simply send me your address, I’ll ship the console to you, the end 🙂
Important rule: Again, for various reasons I can only ship this console to an address in the US. The winner will have to give me their address for me to ship them the console. If you do not have an address in the US, I will pick another winner. I realize this seems unfair to a lot of you, but bear in mind that the deals mailing list is mostly useful for people in the US anyway.

Pulling out all the tricks to promote a spam mailing list of “Amazon Deals”, not a giveaway if your are profiting from it with these amazon links you will spam with this mailing list.
I hear you. Obviously people should subscribe only if they see value in the deals email itself. With that being said, all the emails from the mailing list have a clear link for people to unsubscribe if at any point they think it’s a waste of their time.
It is totally a giveaway in that no purchase is necessary. There is no purchase condition to be the winner, and the winner (as well as other participants) is free to unsubscribe once the giveaway is over.
Last but not least, considering that the “market value” of this device seems to be around $150, I could imagine reselling it on eBay if my goal was really to profit. If you think I’ll make back $150 out of this contest you are overestimating the notoriety of this site 😛

By the way when I try to subscribe it load a white screen this is correct? Or it have to show me a confirmation screen or something?

The NES mini is so cool. You can practically play lot’s of emulators on it and store hundreds of nes roms, most of which can be run on a Vita like GBA, Genesis, Snes, CPS, NeoGeo, N64 wow! Count me in thanks!!!
