ePSP Bubble Installer 2.0 – Activation without PSN!- (PSVita)
The day has finally come upon us all! Poor souls that did not have a chance to activate have been waiting for this day for quite a long time and it’s here! Activation without PSN access is here so now you can play PSP games on your previously unactivated Vitas.
What is ePSP bubble Installer?
ePSP bubble installer is quite a simple program from the outside that allows you to install an ePSP bubble to install ARK/Adrenaline. Now, with version 2 you may activate your PSVita as well via the Settings app. A good way to use ePSP bubble installer is to save some space on your memory card as the bubble it installs is 3.5MB while some demos are 100s of Megs large. This is quite an awesome release since now everybody on 3.60 can enjoy ARK/Adrenaline since activation without PSN is now a thing. Remember that you can use Freakler’s Easy Adrenaline Installer or DrNefarious360’s ARK Installer.

Where to get it and how to use?
Quite simple actually! Install the VPK (unsafe permissions of course), pray that everything goes well (it should) and follow the onscreen instructions. You’re done! Thank developer ‘CelesteBlue’ for his work and make sure you help out the community as he’s asked 🙂
P.S: Some on Reddit reported that you might need to try activating a few times for it to work well!

Doesn’t work for me.Inside the app I pressed X and openned the settings.But I have to sign in before activating and it says:”Cannot sign in.You must update the system software.(NP-2066-4)”. What can I do?((((((((((( Without signing in system activation doesn’t work(
yeah same here it worked the first time i tried it yesterday and i was trying to make a video and i probably done the process about 20 25 times and every thing i do it tells me i need to update and doesn’t seem to completly work offline only sometimes i can get it to being signed in status but once click on system activation it tells me i need to update so im wondering maybe sony already patched this on their side i have no idea, but im done i’m going with the tried and true way 🙂

So? I already signed into my vita before and signed out… So this detects that Im already activated.. But my system says im not :/ If I do a factory reset but take my sd card out will putting the sd card back in be able to read all of my files? Or will I have to start all over?

Simply amazing! I can now play PSP games via PSTV on a big screen, with my CFW PS3 certain games did not run that good. Thx Celeste Blue Ty Yifan Lu and Skeletor.. Adrenaline > ARK
work perfectly fine. first i cant use it cause an error, i had to click “square”, then the vita reboots, then launh the app again, then click “x” then put my psn acount (and when it ask for an update, i just click cancel) then go on whit the activation thingy, then reboot, then reinstall henkaku, then reopen the app and finish the process.
then i use easy installer for adrenaline and thats it.

I have installed three bubbles , one for adrenaline, another for ark and another for vbhl. All of them are working for three different psp demo ames

follow this method to get the bubbles of psp games you owned on psn installed on your vita =

Or log into your Sony entertainment network account and click download to get that funny file. open the file on your PC and copy the link to download the pkg of the said games.
Go into idu and follow the instructions to install the pkgs you downloaded. if successful, exit idu and use fttp or vitashell to replace .rif file.
Replace/rename the psp game’s .rif with the .rif in licence/vitashell folder .
As long as the your vita’s game section shows activated in psn, the psp bubbles should run.
You can now install vhbl and ARK on the psp games bubble you have intalled.
So if you wish to have Adrenaline, vhbl and ark, then you should installed 3 psp game’s pkgs using the bubble installer on idu mode and replace/rename their .rif files
