Release: JellyCar Vita, by Drakon
Some of you might remember developer Drakon, the man behind Lamecraft, a popular Minecraft clone homebrew for the PSP. Drakon just contacted me to announce the release of Jelly Car Vita, a port of the popular Physics game to HENkaku-enabled PS Vitas. Incidentally, Drakon had ported the Jelly Physics library to the PS vita (rejuvenate) a while ago.
What is Jelly Car
Jelly Car is a physics-engine based game where your goal is to drive a car from start to finish. The car can increase or decrease in size depending on the obstacles you’re trying to go through. Also, it kinda bounces.
It’s a pretty fun game, and Drakon had ported it to the PSP and the Wii back in days of yore. Today, we’re getting the Vita version.
Download Jelly Car Vita

You can download Jelly Car vita from the developer’s page here.
To install & run, please note that you will need to have a PS Vita running firmware 3.60 with the HENkaku hack. To install HENkaku, please check our PS Vita CFW page.
Looking for more? We have a full list of Emulators for the PS Vita, an up to date list of Homebrews for the PS Vita, and an All in one guide for Vita 3.60 describing everything you can do with your hacked PS Vita.
I’m seeing rumors on many sites claiming that Sony might release a new handheld console along with the PS4 Neo at the PlayStation meeting on 7th September.
If there is any truth in this, what specs would you guys like to see on the new handheld?
I would want the following specs –
1) Nvidia Tegra X2 (also rumored to be used in Nintendo NX)
2) 4 Gb LPDDR2
3) 5.2-5.5 inch OLED with 720p resolution
The Nvidia Tegra X2 is going to be crazy. I saw the Nvidia Shield TV running games such as crysis 3, Doom 3, Metal Gear Rising and HL2.
It looks amazing for a mobile chip. Doom 3 was running at 1080p 60fps!
The Tegra X2 is capable of around 0.75 TFLOPS, compared to XB1 at 1.3 and PS4 at 1.8, roughly. The PS3 has 230 Gigaflops. So in theory we could get performance in between PS3 and PS4.
Imagine rendering games like Uncharted 3 on a handheld console! It would be epic!
Also…. first XD
There better be a patapon car again.
What is Jelly Car? It my dream car.. wanted this so badly from the time Henkaku showed up.. Thanks Drakon

This is a really neat game. I’m terrible at it, but kudos to the maker/s.
