Release: Raycast 3D Engine & Lua Player Plus for PS Vita
Developer Rinnegatamante updated Lua Player Plus Vita to revision 4, and released Raycast 3D Engine for Lua Player Plus.
What is Lua Player Plus?
Lua is a scripting (programming) language. Historically on the console hacking scene is is considered to be simpler to learn than compiled languages such as C++ for homebrew programming. Lua is a great way to get into programming without having to learn all the ropes at once. Lua Player Plus lets you run your Lua-written games on the PS Vita.
This is not to say you can’t program awesome homebrews with Lua. For those who doubt this I strongly suggest you have a look at G.D.P. below (note: G.D.P. is *not* using Raycast3D!):
Lua Player Plus will let you run your Lua code and homebrews. The Raycast 3D Engine will let you create some basic 3D games with ray casting technology:

Raycast 3D for Vita offers the following features (from the author):
- Different tile size maps
- Automated camera and player position management
- Support for huge maps (pratically there aren’t limitations)
- Support for sky rendering and floor rendering
- Automated minimap renderer with player position
- Textured walls support
- Wall Collisions check
- Shading support
- Bullet system (Ray casting with returning values)
Additionally, Lua Player Plus r4 brings some bug fixes and sound support for PS Vita

Is there a way to make an ide homebrew on the ps vita in order to program on the device?
That’d be very uncomfortable imo. But it definitely is possible.
Is there any possibility do decompile the eboot.bin file from Psvita Homebrews?I tried a arm-toolchain and used objdump but the programm told me that the file is invalid executable,i also tried to decompile using online decompiler on internet but nothing changed the compiler told me that the instructions were invalid
