Minecraft 1.4 PSP LC Mod – incoming update promises a bunch of features (Video)
If you own a hacked PSP or PS Vita, you’ve probably tried Lamecraft before. Lamecraft was a promising Minecraft clone, and it’s led to a bunch of mods. The most active and promising one is named Minecraft PSP LC Mod, and developer woolio recently announced he’s been working on version 1.4.
Minecraft PSP 1.4 will bring a bunch of new features, including: improved description/handling of texture packs, select world menu, option to rename worlds, new lava animation, Jack O’ lanterns, block particles, TNT (with smoke particles), and a lot more stuff.
A video does more justice to the improvements than what I could write here, it’s impressive to see how far this has come compared to the original Lamecraft (which was awesome achievement but nowhere near what this mod provides). It’s awesome to see the PSP scene is still alive with such terrific homebrew.
I’m looking forward to this release, in the meantime you can download Lamecraft PSP Mod 1.3.1 (the current release).

I would be impressed if it ended up better than the official PS Vita release, like if they had infinite worlds and being able to connect to servers etc.
One homebrew I wish would come back to life is the Left 4 Quake, it was honestly pretty good and heading in a good direction all those years ago but.. Yeah..
