    what about PC gaming

    • CPUzX says:

Steam is way more complex than PSN/XBL servers, and we can assume that these “hackers” – (script-kids) use Steam themselves, so I highly doubt they’d want to take down the same service they also use, but there is always a possibility that script-kids will be able to take down Steam in the future, but the chances are much lower, and the possibility of these script-kids in the article taking Steam down is verrrrry low.

Maybe if we just ignore them they will go away? Seems that they are in need of attention, since their parents never gave them any.

*** do they get out of doing this. I understand if they have a beef against sony and microsoft but at this point they are just ruining xmas for the kids

I find this quiet sad, ah its good to be a PC gamer where there is alternatives like origin if steam goes down. There is also am abundance of other games tl enjoy and dedicated servers help.

    • AMTF says:

The problem is not just gaming online, it’s the need for the PlayStations to be connected to the PlayStation network to do anything online including Netflix, day one patches, firmware update etc, although the latter can be done by usb

I’ve read that people are already having issues signing in and the PSN Status page isn’t loading on my end…I just checked and i’m able to log into PSN….not sure if they have hit yet or if its just a fluke that people are having problems (Seems like SOMEONE is always having problems with PSN anyway)
