Loadiine Wii U backup loader being ported to older firmwares

    Loadiine is NOT a ROM loader. It’s a backup loader, but disc based backups are NOT ROMs.

      Aren’t they though? ROM stands for read-only memory and the cartridge based games you are referring to certainly are ripped from read-only hardware, but so is any pressed disc used as the physically media for any console today. Don’t forget it’s called CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, BD-ROM (although the consoles have always used a modified variant of those). Even digital downloads could be considered ROMs I believe as the files you download are never intended to be modified (the patches you may download are typically additional files) although they are typically stored on a writeable hard drive.

    **** why the Wii U scene doesn’t have drama such as ps4 (especially the drama that it’s having right now) I’ve been reading the article about Cturt and flatz and now this and you can feel the difference between flaming ps4 scene and boring Wii U scene
