Release: Rejuvenate 0.2.1
YifanLu just announced a patch release for his native PS Vita hack rejuvenate.
The latest version, 0.2.1, fixes filename space issues: many of you have reported that the Hello world would not work, when the folder in which you installed Rejuvenate did contain spaces (typically, people using “My Documents” as their folder). This fixes that.
Additionally, this fixes some homebrew crashes.

2015-06-22: Fixed bug where installing to a path containing a space does not work.
Fixed bug where launching homebrew with ARM entry point crashes PSM
On a side note, I’ll be working with TomTomDu80 and Mr. Gas to discuss the release plans for PSM+, the tool that will let people without a publisher’s license run homebrews through Rejuvenate.

Im looking forward to PSM+, when I got accepted I didnt get a licence key because I thought I would have to purchase it.. I had no idea it was free. Oops.
Go to the psm website and to your profile you might be able to “purchase” a license. I just did it a couple of days ago and it worked fine..

Downloaded from direct link all ok its just that link not yet updated so still get 0.2 as for official link yes its 0.2.1 but i get little error that file not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous.

Ah by the way , for PS2Emu someone told me that it is impossible to happen on vita due to the lack of emotion Engine chip and here what he said ”…..not possible you can’t emulete ps2 even on ps3 only old one can because it had emotion Engine chip in it in never versions sony removed it from the console, only pc can emulate that” …So what do you think is he saying the truth ?
The PS Vita (apparently) is not strong enough to emulate the PS2, or the Gamecube, etc., etc., etc….

Wrong. I have a ps3 slim without the ps2 chip and i can play PS2 games. They are just making up excuses which are lies. They are trying to justify forcing you to pay again and again for the same game.
You can play SOME games without the emotion engine, but not all.
While this is great for those who are able to run it, what Homebrew is already out there? Is there now anything being made with any type of SDK?

So, Im currently on 3.18. Let´s say, is it safe to update to the latest? I mean, besides losing the older exploits and so, this should work on it as long as I have the PSM stuff?

From PSM site it has said that firmware 3.52 can’t use PSM Dev Assistant anymore.
