Missed out on the PSM Dev App? This might be your last chance to get it!
Even though we have told you that you might not be able to get the necessary PSM Dev application anymore, Yifan Lu has one final solution to this problem.
Keep in mind that Sony could fix this in mere days, if not hours, so act fast!
As we have mentioned in our last article, you are able to download the PSM Dev application, if you have signed in to the DevPortal in the past.
If you haven’t downloaded the PSMDevApp yet, you’re too late! You can no longer download if not already in your downloads list

If you did not sign in to before, you were unable to download the PSM Dev application… But fret not! Yifan Lu has found a solution for this.
Simply head over to Sony’s DevPortal, and continue to the registration page. You will have to use a trick (simple copy & paste) to enable the sign-in button, since it is greyed out by default.
To activate and download the app, head over to Yifan Lu’s blog and follow the short and easy instructions. We reproduce them below.
From Yifan Lu’s blog:
Please note that the steps below requires running Javascript in the URL bar. Most browsers support this features, but I know that Chrome does not allow you to paste any text beginning with “javascript:” into the URL bar. So on Chrome (and possibly other browsers), you must paste just the text after “javascript:” into the URL bar and then manually type in “javascript:” at the beginning.
- First, begin the registration process by following this link.
- Enter the following into the URL bar on registration page
javascript:$("#lbl-dvrg-signin-signin").removeClass('disabled');- You should now be able to click the “Sign In” button. Proceed to sign into PSN.
- Enter the following into the URL bar on the license agreement page
javascript:$(".btn,.btn-primary,.btn-large,.spn2").attr('id','lbl-dvrg-agreement-next').removeClass('disabled').removeAttr('disabled');- You should now be able to click the “Next” button. Proceed with the rest of the registration. Complete the registration by clicking the link sent to your email and logging in again to PSN.
- PlayStation®Mobile Developer Assistant should now show up in your Downloads List on your Vita. You can download it from PSN on your Vita.
If you are done with it, go ahead and download the PSM Dev application from the PSN’s download list via your PS Vita. Note that the one you want is the PSM Dev app, not the PSM Dev for Unity app.
Keep in mind that this is most likely the last chance to get a hold of the necessary PSM Dev application, which is required to use the Rejuvenate platform.

If I have this already downloaded on my updated vita can a transfer it to my other vita on 3.18?
Someone tested this, and if both are on the same PSN account it should work. You’ll obviously need to use qcma or opencma though, instead of the regular Sony one.
Is this technique safe? I mean, we use a trick that involves javascript and using our email for PSN access… Do we risk to be tracked and blocked?
Omg…you still suspect people try to help you with this trick??
No no, I mean by Sony! They can probably verify the people that used this trick, don’t you think?
I fear for a ban.. That’s all…
i only can download the “PlayStation®Mobile Developer Certificate ” on my vita, not the “PSM Dev app” :/
Thank you guysssssss !!!!
I’m on Firmware 2.01…
Should I update for this…. or should I keep the uno exploit…?
Update right now and get the app!! its worth updating. The homebrews on vita would look awesome.
Don’t update. Use a PS3 and Charles Proxy instead. Then you get the best of both worlds.
is there a place that tells you how to do this?
And then, suddenly, all the people who did this broke the TOS by bypassing things like the sign in and the agreeing to terms and everybody got their PSN’s banned. I’d say not likely, but this IS sony, after all.
If your ever sad and missed out getting the app then always just remember………FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE!!
I think it is fun to have up to date vita… just wait flash sale to get discounted game
Fun if u live in the US, if not ur stuck watching the amazing sales go past
Hi, I downloaded the PSM Dev from my download list, but it is now called “PS Suite Dev” at my Vita bubbles homescreen, I don’t remember this being called so, and am unable to find anyone else stating this, did I make a mistake? Thanks in advance.
Just found the answer: https://en-support.psm.playstation.net/app/answers/detail/a_id/47
should I update PS Suite Dev to the latest version of the now called PSM Dev?
actuellement, ne permet pas à quelqu’un de traiter efficacement avec son système nerveux central .
Hey, i have been following the instructions,
but when I click accept agree on the license page it does not move to the next section :'(
Not sure what I can do!
cool, sorted it out by just starting the process again
looks like its gone from the UK account. Couldnt sign up in it, comes up to a different screen.
I was able to sign up using my NZ, HK and US accounts
Hey, just download the PSM Dev assist.
Do I need to download anything else? because I’ve just downloaded the 1.21 SDK for and installed it on my PC, and I have no idea what do I do with it. Help anyone?
i get the sign in click-able but it say the connection was reset when i try to click sign in, any help pls.
It can be done on Chrome too, just paste every line on these steps using the Chrome debugger console (press f12 -> “Console”). I think it works on Firefox debugger, but I haven’t tested it yet.
I’ trying to do it, but each time I try it asks me to sign in and then takes me deb portal, no license agreement for me 🙁
It works thank you very much
It’s easy I first explain start your Chrome browser, after this go to this page: https://psm.playstation.net/portal/en/#register/signin then this page in the URL bar erase and any brand javascript abors: because Google Chrome does not do so then after javascript: you copy and paste $(“#lbl-dvrg-signin-signin”).removeClass(‘disabled’); Normally you will have the Sign In button is lit after this you will have the conditions and again you can not continue but the solution is to do the same thing just now but changing the line after javascript so I explain your URL bar should be empty at this time you score javascript: after this you copy and paste this $(“.btn,.btn-primary,.btn-large,.spn2”).attr(‘id’,’lbl-dvrg-agreement-next’).removeClass(‘disabled’).removeAttr(‘disabled’); Normally the button should light and you will be able to finalize your registration, here I hope I have made desolate service if the translation is bad I do not speak English
I was able to just copy and paste by using the chrome developers tools
I only managed to download an app on the list called “PS Dev Suite”. When I ran it, the app name changed to “PSM Dev”.
So, is this the only app that needed to be on Vita or is there any more? On the list, I can’t find “PSM Dev for Unity” like screenshot above.
Sorry, I didn’t realize another paragraph that talks about it. My mistake.
Hi guys, if you are using chrome, just open up inspector and paste the js into debug console.
I already downloaded the psm dev to my vita but can’t run any of the examples seems that the publisher key is required ,not even local tests allowed?
I am having the same issue.
will it work if you already signed up for the dev license in the past? I believe that because I already signed up in the past it is not allowing me to continue with the process as I am on the never ending “wait list” for approval.
At this point I am afraid to update my vita from 3.15 to current to download it only to find out that I missed the chance to even download the app. Moments like this make me wish I had 2 vitas.
I would like to try the Ps3/charles proxy but my google searches for that come up with nothing.
well for anyone who can’t get the ps3 proxy to work and already signed up for the dev app either though this or in the past like me(i can’t attest for the above as I was already on the waiting list for approval). My vita was broke (analog stick on the right) and I have 2 PSPs that can do the same stuff as my vita running the psp app.
So i said screw it and updated to FW 3.51 and like others have said, it is in my download list already. So i now have the Dev App on my vita. I’m nervous about this but I hope that Yifan Lu has made this system something I will use a lot in the future. Heres to hoping for greatness! thanks wololo and Yifan Lu
whats up guys
i have ps3 latest update. and Vita 3.18
i logged in using ps3 and i see the PS mobile dvp assitant on my download list but it says “THIS CONTENT CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED”.
i was thinking to use the ps3 to transfer to vita using QCMA so i dont have to update my Vita.

Guys, is there any release date for the CFW ?
Or should i ask is there any chance we could use this to install a CFW or is just a waste of time ?
If he could make this work for countrys were there is no support for PSM development it would be awesome.
anyone can help me I’ve tried pasting in front of the URL but still the sign in button still gray please help
I am on 3.18 and have PlayStation®Mobile Developer Certificate on my download list, is this what we need? Should update my vita?

i cant click the agree button on terms and conditions… thoughts?
How can i install the app on my firmware 3.36 psvita without updating?
On PS3 the download doesn’t work.
I have sdk 1.21 on my vita, but when I go to open it, it tells me i must update to sdk 2.0. I thought we had to keep sdk 1.21…should i update to 2.0?
I just updated my second Vita – that I just bought for the purpose of Homebrew & Emulators – to the newest firmware, in order do get this app. I sincerely hope this was the right move!
