Still not approved for PSM? This quick trick might help you
A couple weeks ago, Yifan Lu shook the Vita scene by announcing almost explicitly that he will be releasing a hack for the Vita, running through PSM.
The condition, however, is to get a valid PSM publisher license… which could be tricky given that sony will stop approving these requests at the end of the month.
With Yifan Lu’s announce, requests to PSM skyrocketted, and Sony’S PSM division reacted by replying to most queries that they would handle in priority people who have an actual work-in-progress app and screenshots to prove it.
Most of the people requesting the license for “hacking” purpose of course do not have a work in progress game.
It is, however, just a matter of faking it after all. The PSM team will probably not look very deep into your “screenshot”, and you could provide them with a couple random screenshots to make your application for a publisher’s license more real.
I’m not advocating for that of course, but user niszczycielnpc on our forums seems to have had some success, by faking some work and sending the result to Sony’s PSM team. He writes:
1. You need to rename some thing’s in demo app so sony would think is your work’ Then you make a screenshot xD

3. Connect everything.

If you’re going that route, be creative I guess. reusing other people’s assets is going to work so many times. Fool me once…
Yifan didnt even say he was releasing a hack he just strongly suggested to register for psm, it could all turn out to be some joke seriously doubt it but you never know
Ok yifan said everyone sould be ok with just the psm application installed. no need for publisher account anymore
