In my weekly round-up, I mentioned I managed to get a key for Rocket League, after playing it for a few hours, I can honestly say it’s the most fun I’ve had on the PS4 I’ve had in quite a while and is the local/online co-op game the PS4 needs.

So, if you managed to get into the Beta you’ll know what I’m talking about.

As for the others though, this was the first game I made a share factory clip about. I’m by no means the best at this game, but I had great fun.

To put it simply, if you still don’t understand it from my gameplay video below, you drive a car that can jump in the air, boost, and your objective is to score a goal by driving into the big ball and aiming it into the goal. Just like soccer/football…. Carball, so to speak.

It’s great fun to have a party chat with the person you’re playing with, I eventually played 2v2 with the friend I made on my team, I really enjoyed it and it was great fun, hopefully he purchases the game when it comes out so I can play it with him some more.

Controls take some getting used too, at first you’ll think you should use the boost jump constantly, but you don’t really need to, boost you’ll be using a lot, however, as you saw on the second to last gameplay clip in my video above…. *facepalm*

To be perfectly honest, I can’t think of anything I’d really want to change or improve, I obviously don’t want to start criticising a game that isn’t even the full, complete thing, but nothing control wise, nor gameplay wise stuck out, A soundtrack would be nice however, but we’ve got Spotify for that, right?

Obviously this is just the beta with limited features, you have a few pre-set cars to drive in which are chosen at random, along with a single map, but with the game coming out soon there will be a lot more, featuring 10 customizable cars with 150 items to put on your car, more maps as seen in the picture below, and also in the description picture, ‘Free DLC!’
