Minimur, WTH Happened This Week? CoD: AW Zombies DLC, New RPG From Square Enix, The Order: 1886 Soundtrack BTC
Okay, so I’ll include a few pieces from last week too, along with a few links at the bottom but not too much! We’ve also got news on a new capcom announcement, and a strange kickstarter that as you get shot in game…. it drains your blood!:)
Right, only 1 ps vita game this week, unless I’m wrong, which I hope I am. It’s a pretty strange game too. It goes by the name of:
Hatoful Boyfriend
How can I put this….. It’s basically, a dating simulator… for birds… Just look at the video.
Graeme Struthers put up the blog post on the PS blog, he’s the, uhh, ‘Chief Avian Officer ‘ at Devolver Digital, and he told us about the game:
The game will be released in mid 205, for the PS4 and Vita. Okay, so here’s the description for it:
As the only human student at the prestigious St. PigeoNation’s Institute, a school for talented birds, you will roam the halls and find love in between classes as a sophomore student at the world’s greatest pigeon high school.
Here’s a screenshot of the game, there’s more screens and information on the blog post, just follow the link below

Let’s hope this game does half well, I’ll be keeping an eye on it but I highly doubt I’ll buy it.
Developers seem to be pretty hyped about the upcoming Playstation Event in Las Vegas, it seems like there’s going to be quite a few games there, like a PlayStation centric E-3, here’s a tweet from SUTD studios, to say they’re happy about it:
We will be showcasing #OneUponLight at #PSExperience booth i47 next weekend! So hyped about it!
— SUTD Game Lab (@sutdgamelab) November 26, 2014
Developer AckkStudios, who are making Y2k will be there also, with a set release date for late 2015 on PS Vita and PS4, Wii U and PC shared a few photos of their game demo which is playable at the PS Experience:

There’s a couple more screenshots of the game he posted recently, if you wanted to look into it more.
Sony Santa Monica also sent out a tweet saying that ‘it’ll be a blast’, but whether not they’ll be there isn’t known, judging by the front picture, which shows The Order 1886, which the SSM team are helping as an X-dev project.
Vegas, Vegas, Vegas, next weekend at the PlayStation Experience, this should be a blast

There will also be a Disney infinity panel, where Thomas Estrada, Disneys Interactive Lead Cinematics Animator will be there.
If you’re in Vegas Dec 6-7 I’ll be part of a Disney Infinity panel at the PlayStation Experience. Stop and say hi! pic.twitter.com/S4r6o5edWa — Estrada (@felixbrownSLC) November 23, 2014
I also spotted this from one of the commenters profiles I accidentally clicked on:
We’ll unveil new Bloodborne gameplay footage & features at the upcoming #PSExperience. Please pay attention to official channels.

Up on the official PlayStation blog, they’ve put a post up about The Order 1886 and it’s soundtrack.
You can definitely tell that they’ve put a lot of effort into this game, with the technology they’ve showed in previous behind the scenes videos.
The PS Blog post was put up by Ru Weerasuriya, the CEO/Creative Director at RAD. He mentioned how the didn’t initially think about the music, but when they got to it they wanted their sound to be completely unique:
One of the areas we hadn’t quite explored at the onset of development was music. With all the effort we put into creating a compelling world, we knew we would be extremely demanding of how music would be composed for the game and especially who would be our partner in crime. We didn’t just want a score; we were seeking a ‘sound’ that would define our world. We wanted to be inspired by whoever would join us to achieve this. The question was where to start.

well, we all knew it was going to happen. We’ve already got the wave mode with normal people on CoD: AW but that clearly wasn’t good enough. So they’ve decided to make ‘exo-zombies’, take a look at the trailer below, it looks pretty tempting.
It’s coming to Xbox in January next year, and at a later date on other platforms, unfortunately.
Take a look at these new Exzombies below:
I’ll keep you posted if I find out the release date for other consoles!
Namco Bandai released a new trailer for their upcoming Project Morpheus game ‘Summer Lesson’ , a ‘schoolgirl communication’ VR Simulator……
Although the idea’s a bit weird, this does show how well the PS4 can run with the VR headset in play, the graphics looks pretty snazzy and you can see emotions and how the character feels. Pretty impressive, on the link below there’s also an interview with the producer talks about the project and there’s a few more clips of gameplay, It’s all in Japanese though and the youtube translations aren’t really too helpful (e.g. ‘Most also be that knows 9 by day’) Take a look at the gameplay for yourself below:

Telltale games have released a debut trailer for their upcoming game ‘Game of Thrones’
A slight difference I noticed is that this is six part, unlike The walking dead and TWAU which were both 5 episodes per series.
Turns out that multiple cast members in the series itself will be reprising their role in the game, Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister, Natalie Dormer as Margaery Tyrell, and Iwan Rheon as Ramsay Snow, they also mentioned how more cast members will appear later in the episode.
Today we can announce that some cast members of the television series will reprise their roles in the game. While you’ll get to control five members of House Forrester in your story, the series will have you interacting with characters you already know and love (or hate) throughout the season, including Tyrion Lannister performed by Peter Dinklage, Cersei Lannister performed by Lena Heady, Margaery Tyrell performed by Natalie Dormer, and Ramsay Snow performed by Iwan Rheon. Additional cast members will appear in later episodes… as for who and when? That would spoil the surprise!

Time for a WTH blog post, now, have you ever wanted to play games AND donate blood at the same time? Well now you can! The Kickstarter project here aims to make this possible, could you imagine playing Call of Duty at a blood donation place and every time you get shot, more blood is drained? I’d certainly give it a go.
Unfortunately, the project has been suspended, and it only in Canada… AND they’re asking for $250,000.
Well, this is probably the strangest Kickstarter going, so I’m not surprised it’s been suspended. In their video they mentioned how it takes the rumble feedback and runs it through an arduino board which takes blood from you. I can imagine this will work good in a game like CoD, but a free roam game, if you run over a bumppy road in GTA than that bag will fill up ridiculously quick, and you’d probably faint.

I don’t usually post sutff like this, but this made me laugh, the first person mode in GTA HD:

First!
:/ I saw the SotC as the article thumbnail and got excited.
The VR looks way better than Oculus.
How can you say that? This does a horrible job comparing the two. Showing screen captures is allot different than throwing a headset on. Fanboys…
Hatoful boyfriend is currently on steam sale for the next 29 hrs. It did not get top reviews but it isn’t bottomless bad either. Currently it scratches the 70mark on metacritic which is not so bad.
Thanks for your article! Good info and had me laughing a few times. Keep at it!
