FINALLY! With how BoS ended, the cliffhanger has been annoying me for 2 years already, and now BD is out, so hopefully spoilers about the story will start to appear, because I am DYING to know.

Importing my copy as soon as possible. Ps vita I love you. Corpse party 3 and phantasy star nova. It heaven for a gamer. : D

God dammit, as always with the good Japanese games, neither of the PSP Corpse Party games are available on the NZ store… With the vita such a pain in the *** to change accounts, I doubt I’ll be swapping to a US account to play them either… Only option I can see is to pirate them, that or buy a PSP just to play them…

Leaves a sour taste in my mouth, but if they don’t get released on the NZ store, I might have to grab the next kernel exploit (If another will eventually be made public) and pirate them.

So errm is this website deciding to become a game news too?
I would like that too so i don’t need to go somewhere else other than this site

We talk mostly about hacks, but once in a while one of our bloggers decides to talk about games or non-hack stuff they particularly like 🙂

  5. sakao says:

Nice! I didn’t know that they were working on a third episode. You made my day, thanks!
(and i agree with the request of Sky Yuki ;).

    • JCK07115 says:

It has kind of always been there. As wololo said, once in a while the bloggers cite interesting news about games, non-hacking related.

two years and still nothing close to a real exploit… at least the vita makes a pretty alarm clock

    • The Z says:

      Not publicly, at least.

    • Dockotis says:

Dude, the ps vita has a native exploit, but only to either those whom found it on their own, or those within the scene… (disclaimer: I do not have, and will not furnish, proof of this statement).
Nothing is publicly released because they are trying to understand the inner workings some more, and find different ways of gaining access (in the event that this is completely true). If they release, Sony fixes it, and any future attempts at modding an updated system will be more locked down and futile unless a new exploit is discovered.

..That, or no one wants piracy on the vita now and/or because of everyone that has been crying and throwing a fuss for a native exploit so now they are not giving you the shiny toy for misbehaving..

      • anonanon says:

@Dockotis I call ***, unless there’s something I’ve missed? I’m aware that more has been achieved than is publicly known, enough has been hinted for that statement to hold true, but I don’t think anyone has gotten as far as you’re making it sound like.

        • anonanon says:

If I’m wrong, then brilliant, that’s an excellent achievement – though if it’s big enough to allow piracy, then I don’t think it should be released. I worry the vita just isn’t strong enough to be able to withstand piracy without any impacts.

    I love this anime! (SssseeeiiiiiKkkooo!!!)

  8. Sakuryu says:

Come on english version! I can play all manner of 3D horror games and nothing bothers me. Rev up some corpse party and I sleep with the lights on!

  9. CPUzX says:

Yes, there is a native vita exploit. Its sort of sub-native. The exploit works in a similar way to porting VHBL to the vita, via a PSP exploit; except the exploit is on a native vita game. Its called vita UVLoader. https://github.com/yifanlu/UVLoader

Yifanlu is behind it and although not much information has been released about it, a small amount of slow progress is being made with it.

UVLoader will grant you a native user mode, but you’ll be limited to the functions and availability that the current game that is exploited has to the vita hardware. It won’t be capable of running pirate ROMS either.

Ohh I stand corrected, Sorry Dockotis. I completely forgot about that, we haven’t heard anything in so long haha. That’s making me curious on whether anything has happened in the development of the SDK in the last two years.

I would be very interested If yifan released a followup to this post http://yifan.lu/2012/12/12/playstation-vita-the-progress-and-the-plan/

With any extra information found in the last two years, I’d assume going any further than that post (If much more progress has even been made) would mean giving too much information though.
