April Tutorial Contest comes to a close! Winners of $60 in PSN codes announced!
Well Guys the April tutorial contest is over and the results of the voting are now in!
For the Vita we have juniorlee‘s tutorial on disassembling the Vita, Funny thing about this one is I originally did not allow it in the contest. Juniorlee wins a $20 PSN Code!
On the the PS4 we actually had what seems to be another cheater but this time using multiple accounts to to vote for themselves, And as such rezaya is now barred from all future contests
(and yes we know about the PM’s)
Now with that out of the way the victory goes to JMQMOfficials for his “How to speed up your PS4’s internet connection” tutorial! JMQMOfficials wins a $20 PSN Code!
Moving on the the PS3 we have aliko95 winning with his “play any PS2 game on your PS3” . Aliko95 wins a $10 PSN code for his tutorial.
As for the PSP well there was only one accepted tutorial so patrickneyl wins the $10 code for his “create your own gameboot for your PSP“. Patrickneyl gets a $10 PSN code.

And now that the winners have been announced I would like to make a small announcement, As of later today(or tomorrow depending on senpai) I will no longer be a moderator over on /talk
While I have had a lot of fun and have gotten to know lots of really cool people including top tier devs like Xian, codestation, yifanlu, Coldbird, wololo, Freddy, qwikrazor, hgoel and my Master Acid_Snake.

I just simply do not wish to do general mod work anymore and while I have asked plenty of times for a promotion to a more admin role senpai simply does not notice me.
I will still be around /talk tho since I have plenty of other responsibilities around the site but yea I am done with general moderation work, All the nubz who keep posting about CMA and 1$0z have won ;_;

Thank you fate6 for the work you done as a moderator here. In my opinion a good mod blends in with the users and a bad mod sticks out like a sore thumb. While it may seemed like your weren’t apprieciated for the work you did on the forums, I think you have done a fantastic job along with your former peers on staff. With that being said I will also like to say that there comes a time in your life where you got to decide to start a new book or to keep writing in a book.
You selected the first choice and now will be able to relfect on all the events that happened here good and bad. You will be missed fate6, best of luck for you in the near and far future.

How can we know if different sites and blogs do indeed give free PSN cards. I’ve heard that the code generator sites are completely BS since they make you fill out surveys. I’ve seen some sites with many comments that state that they are real and work, but I’m skeptical. How can I know if which sites are reputable, if any.
