Santa Claus will be a few hours early this year, Magixien himself posted an announcement stating that Total_Noob’s Hen will be released on December 24th, at 12h30 PM CET (Paris).
that’s December 24th, 3h30 AM in Seattle, December 24th, 7h30 PM in Beijing, and December 24th, 8h30 PM in Tokyo.
I’ll be sure to upload a copy of the Hen here as well 🙂

Testing on PSP3000, got a weird memory leak message but Emumaster, uoSnes and PSPRevolution work. gpSP doesn’t.
Crashes with PSP 3000, HBL 109 when opening gPSP Kai but Emumaster, PSP Revolution and uoSNES work perfectly even when I got the “memory leak” message. Guess my PSP is being weird 😛

Hmm… Its not working. I did everything as explained, but for some reason my PSP always crash and I have to try all again.

Nope. I tried everyway – replacing the hbl/menu/EBOOT.PBP on with the one from TN Hen, changing the savedata to the one @yellow mentioned, reseted my settings to default – but TNHEN does not work on my PSP 3010. The OFW is 6.20 and the hbl is working fine, but still it crashes (turns off) when I try the HEN.
If someone really managed to get the CFW 6.20 functioning, please share the the knowhow with us!
Doesn’t work on most psp 3000s, mine included, most will crash on trying to load the hen… and the few 3000 owners who can get the hen to load cannot load any homebrew with it without crashing
So i guess anyone who is not running this on a GO is just gonna have to wait for a bugfix…… XD

For those who have Problem that HEN is not working on there psp.
Go to HBL and Go to Hbl.Config.txt Replace the 0 to 1 at return_back_xmb

So much for getting my hopes up. Not sure if it was intentional, but TN overlooked a HUGE memory leak error which, in part, makes a lot of homebrew such as the ever popular DaedalusX64 emulator, unable to properly function on devices that take advantage of larger memory. I was having some problems installing this for the first several minutes, but later fixed the problem by updating my copy of the HBL. It’s funny to see how this could have been overlooked with all the preparations that were put into this release. I appreciate the fact that it’s out, but still.
Okay so me like everyone else, who has a PSP 3000, HEN isn’t working either :S
maybe someone who has gotten it to work (ON PSP 3000) could upload their HBL, save data, and HEN files to megaupload for us to try.
Should i try and upload some of my data .___.?
they delayed the release to do some bug testing, and fixing maybe..
but the hen is barely functional. i can only load wagic, and nothing else from my psp 3000.
and it is prompting a memory leak warning. how can they overlook that? demmit..
